You will receive a text message and email with your personal entry access code for the main entrance and pin code for the IglooHome keybox on the front deck. These codes are active only from the time of check-in to the time of check-out.

MAIN ENTRANCE: The primary entry door is located at the back of the house, off of the rear deck. Upon arrival, walk around the left side of the house to the backyard. Continue passed the hot tub and up onto the deck where you will find the door. There is a Yale smart lock on the door. To operate the keypad:

1. Press the Yale button to activate the keypad
2. Enter your personal code, followed by the checkmark
3. As the door unlocks, pull the handle towards you (Helps align the deadbolt for a smooth operation. If you hear an error tone, this is likely the issue.)
4. Press down the lever and open the door
5. To lock the door when leaving, simply press the Yale button

FRONT DECK: The slider door off of the deck requires a key to be accessed. Key is inside the IglooHome keybox located on a post at the right corner of the deck. To operate the keybox:

1. Place your palm on the keypad to activate the keybox
2. Enter your pin code
3. Open the cover to get the key inside
4. Please make sure to close the cover after getting the key

NOTE: Please return the key inside the IglooHome keybox before departure. There is a $50 fine for all lost keys.
